SUN COAST RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES FIRST ACQUISITION IN
LOUISIANA: PURCHASE OF THE COMMERCIAL FUEL AND LUBRICANT BUSINESS OF ST. MARTIN OIL AND GAS INC.
Houston, TX, April 10, 2012– Sun Coast Resources, Inc. (“Sun Coast”) today announced the completion of its first acquisition in Louisiana to expand its commercial fuel, lubricant and transportation business.
The acquisition of St. Martin Oil and Gas, Inc. (“SMI”) was completed this week. SMI operates a fleet of fuel transportation trucks from its two bulk storage facilities in St. Martinville and Denham Springs in Louisiana. SMI employs 30 experienced and dedicated transportation personnel who have joined Sun Coast to continue operating the acquired assets and business from the existing facilities in St. Martinville and Denham Springs, LA
Former SMI President, Jimmy Poirier, will be responsible for all sales and marketing on behalf of Sun Coast in Louisiana, and former SMI Vice President, Jacques Poirier, will be responsible for Sun Coast’s operations management in Louisiana.
