Coast storm Hermine damage forecast.

Post-Tropical Cyclone Hermine has moved offshore to begin a multi-day siege of coastal flooding, beach erosion and strong winds along parts of the East Coast this Labor Day holiday weekend. Water is already rising in the Virginia Tidewater area, where the biggest impact, storm surge flooding, will occur from Hermine, through Saturday.
