This April, Sun Coast received two 100% ratings from a Chevron Lubricants Product Integrity Audit both at our Broussard, Louisiana, and Corpus Christi, Texas, locations respectively. Each Sun Coast location is independently audited with a Lube Marketer Product Integrity Facility Assessment (LM PIFA) to ensure products are handled correctly and provide quality and contamination control for customers.
The audit is scored on admin control and effectiveness. There were no actionable items identified and the audit scores were 6.0/100%.
Troy Goldman, Sun Coast’s integrity manager, explained, “Oil contamination has been proven to be the No. 1 killer of industrial machinery. Sun Coast is committed to providing clean fluids and continuously monitor with fluid analysis to keep our customers running at peak performance.”
