Kathy Lehne, President and CEO of Sun Coast Resources, LLC has been chosen for the GHWCC hall of fame for 2013!

Houston, Texas June 27, 2013- The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce will add 14 women to its hall of fame in December.

During a special gala scheduled for Dec. 5 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, the chamber will honor the women, who represent various industries and serve as leaders in the community.

“I founded the Greater Houston Women’s Hall of Fame in 2008 to give recognition to women who have spent their lives giving back so that Houstonians would have a better quality of life. It is so important for future generations to have role models who we can aspire to be like,” said Suzan Deison, president and CEO of the chamber.

Proceeds from the gala fund chamber programs, such as STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education initiatives and scholarships for Houston-area high school students. The chamber is a nonprofit business organization focused on advancing and empowering women.
